Silpa S.r.l. was founded in 1964 as a company specialised in the extraction and manufacturing of porphyry from Italy’s Trentino region. It has been providing reliable, durable products of great quality for two generations.
Its items are the result of careful production, supervised directly – step by step – by the company’s owners, who select the raw porphyry with painstaking attention. This process assures that only the most compact materials (free of any fissures) advance to the following stages of transformation. The quality of the chosen materials determines their excellent resistance to frost as well as their durability.

Silpa S.r.l. offers a wide range of products originating exclusively from Trentino porphyry and all manufactured in Italy: cubes of every dimension and thickness, setts in various sizes, crazy paving, kerbs, stones for wall coverings and weirs. Other products include sawn material such as tiles, treads, risers and solid treads, available in both natural and flame textured tops.
